Shipping Policies

I live outside of the United States. Can I still place an order?

I'm sorry to say that I do not currently ship internationally.


Oh man, that shipping fee! Is there any possibility of cheaper shipping fees?

USPS is by far the best carrier for us soapmakers. Tried and true, best for you! It is unfortunate that our items are so heavy by nature. There really is no better option for us.... yet.


I made three different purchases on the same day and all of them are going to the same address. Can you refund some of my shipping costs and package them together?

Absolutely! We do not do this by default because sometimes people want a package for them and a pre-packaged gift for someone else in the household. This happens a lot during the holidays. If you did need to make two orders to get everything you wanted and do not actually need separate packages, let me know and I can combine the orders and refund any extra shipping fees that were charged.


I selected two day shipping at checkout and it's been two days. What gives?

USPS offers two day shipping once it arrives at the post office. This does not mean I am able to package up, label, and drop the parcel off at the office all in one day; and 90% of the time it takes me at least two days to do so. This means that it will likely be 4-5 (business) days before you should expect your package to ship. For custom orders, this can take up to 4-5 weeks, depending on item type and quantity. You'll always get shipping notification with tracking information once I print off the label. For more information, go to the USPS Priority Mail page here.


I can't believe it! I entered the wrong address on my order! Is there anything you can do?

Most likely, actually! If you use the Contact Me page and include the Order Number found on your order confirmation email or text, I'll surely be able to fix it. It is too late to make any changes to shipping addresses once you have a shipping notification email.

Return & Refund Policies

I don't think my items are what I was hoping for. Can I return them for a refund?

Due to safety concerns with returning bath and beauty products, we do not accept returns.
Refunds and Replacements are only applicable if something has arrived broken or if I sent you an incorrect item. Please contact me if this happens to you.


I was notified of a refund for my order, but I can't see it in my bank account.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account and credit card again. It may take a few days for these services to post a change.

Shipping (for currently unforeseeable cases)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
