Another first-of-its-kind event for me! I am fortunate that my soaps and body butters are highly customizable and I've already done many custom orders, I figured I'll give this one a chance. This'll be a beautiful outside venue during early spring - grab a ticket (free online, $5 at the door), grab a glass, and come browse the beautiful collection of wedding-, special event-, and highly customization-focused small businesses!

I am so honored to be asked to join to celebrate a business's 12th anniversary! That's absolutely massive! I'm dumfounded that little me was discovered and invited to a party that I wish to be able to celebrate myself one day. In the ever loved downtown Palo Alto downtown shopping street, there was a surprise turnout, and again, the vendors have been so spectacular!
Downtown Campbell Second Saturday 2024
Saturday, March 9th 1pm - 5pm
Brand new to me, and the 2024 Downtown Campbell Second Saturday year opener! I love the idea of doing farmer's markets and other hyper local events. It was the most perfect event for soaps and body butters for weather, vendor curation, entertainment, and downtown shopping. I hope to participate a few more months this year!
SJMade Friend Fest 2024
Saturday & Sunday February 24th & 25th 11am - 5pm both days
South Hall, 435 S. Market Street in downtown San Jose
I was devastated as I came to the realization that I couldn't do last year's show absolutely last minute. I was embarrassed about having to cancel so late but I was between a rock and a hard place. So, this year is super extra special for me to get to go. This event is specifically geared towards celebrating friendships and the special bond between two people to be their chosen family, right when maybe some friendships may have been put on delay to focus on romantic partnerships.
The Alameda Artworks Holiday Show 2023

The Alameda Artworks near Downtown San Jose
Come explore all of the wonderful art styles being nurtured right near the heart of San Jose. This building is a staple of the San Jose artist community and I am so pleased to be able to call some of these ladies friends. Of course I'll be back to chat with them, you, and have some more mini treats warmed wassail (IYKYK!!!).

I adore smaller shows where visitors can mull about, take their time, and not feel like part of a stampede. It's an entirely different environment than typical holiday craft shows. A bit of bubbly mid way through was an added treat!

As you may or may not know, I recently had to move studio. This is where I had a wonderful year of blossoming and I've been invited as a guest artist for this event! Come enjoy live music nearby, with drinks and snacks inside, and admire the wonderful creative talent within this wonderful city.
Fremont High School Holiday Craft Show 2022

A 4th show of the season that I got into with just hours to prepare. What luck! A whirlwind of "oh you're here too!"s and using my scarf as a makeshift tier cover later, I had my setup and was ready to go.

I'm incredibly excited to be accepted into this event! Being half local nearly my whole life, I have seen the literal signs telling me to go year after year. The cutest snowmen signs, blowup arches, inviting lights... I had to try it out.

Fantastic time, terrible weather! Wonderful outdoor setting in Millbrae full of elementary school games, petting zoo, Mr. Softee too! So much fun. 10/10 recommend.
San Jose Fall Festival 2022

My second outdoor event, but my first one with a whole shindig of a setup! It was amazing. 10/10 recommend going next year if you can. There must have been at least five thousand people who came out to enjoy the family fun activities and wonderful weather.

I got my first pick of dates for this event! I'm SO excited about this one in particular. Outside, in one of my absolute favorite places to spend my leisurely time, and with SJMade folks. I couldn't be happier about this - fresh air, steps away from Public Market, and with the stellar SJMade vendors and organizers who are emphatically supporting small businesses in the growing city.
For this event, I'll be running a special Mother's Day bundle that most likely won't be available online... so come say hi!
If you aren't able to make my date, please still visit other weekends all through the summer. There are different vendors every weekend day through the summer.
